Today, this morning I would like to talk about why it is important to have good/wholesome morning routines IF you want to do a lot during The dayđ
I Will try to join The famous 5 am Club which you can read more about in Robin Sharmas Great book "The 5 Am Club".
So I put The alarm on 5 am and immediatlety begins to exercise. Usually doing push-ups and situps and other excercices for The body.
Robin Sharma says that excercice Produce The hormone Dopamin which is The motivator hormone, so it is important that The first thing you do is to exercise.
You can do different kinds of excercices for example: running, or push-ups or yoga.
After The excercice I sit in meditation for approximatley 20 minuters to relax and get some mental energy and mental train for The Day. I finish with some buddhist chanting from a book I got from Amaravati Buddhist Monastery in Hemel Hempstead in England.
The last thing I do which Robin Sharma recommneds is to learn something new for atleast 20 minuters or listen to an ispiring talk which boosts your motivation even more for a Great and productive Day! đ
Then I take a shower because I get really swetty After The exercise and Then I eat my breakfast, which is Usually porridge with mashed Apples on top of it.
Then I brush my teeth thoroughly and Then I am ready for The Day and start doing The things I have decided to do.
I Will for example make a video, however in Swedish, on my channel Fredrik beckker. Can send a link to The finished video when it is doneđ
Todays video Will be about my morning routine.
To have a morning routines when you wake up at 5 you Will need to have a good night routine also.
So IF I forgot to show a good night routine for a good morning you Will have to remind međ
I have started a new coaching channel in Swedish Who Will discuss mental illness and what to do to feel better. It is called Fredriks coaching but I warn you I haven't made so many videos there yet but I am working on it đ
Maybe I Will try to start a career as a life coach and see IF I become succesful đ.
Make sure you subscribe to this blog and to my Youtube channels Fredrik beckker (for stand up and running) and Fredriks coaching (for help IF you needđ).
Wish you all a wonderful Day!
And see you soon!
