I ran 4 km today!

Today was a good Day for exercise! 
I ran 4 km with 2 slopes. 
 
I have a new goal to achieve and that is to exercise atleast something everyday! 
Hopefullly on The gym or a run, but somedays a power walk can be enough. 
 
Benefits of running:
* you sleep better
* you look yonger and more fit
* you can concentrate for longer periods
* it can be a hobby
* you became happier (it is very good vs depression)
 
Who knows some Day I maybe Will run my first maraton or ultramarathon?
