I Think it is a really good advice to try to overcome your laziness in life!
Because when you are lazy you Only feel unmotivated and depressed.
My plan to run everyday goes fine!
But it is still hard when I run. Hur arter 66 Days I Hope it Will changed and then I can run for longer patches.
It takes 66 days to install a New habit so before that I nerd a lot of patience and determination to stick to such a routine.
And also to finish my book about a girl with mental illness!
I also plan to run atleast to 10 km laps this year and try to beat my personal record and not be in the last place.
