I plan to become a minimalist

I am poor... Still I have a lot of things which I can donate or sell. So I begin to think about being a minimalist and getting rid of everything unessesary stuff. So I can start living a more intenional and free life. I think I will try to sell some stuff to gain some money. Follow my journey on this blog. Fredrik

Is life a competition?

Productivity and effectivity can be a source of the stress we experience in life. And I would like to talk about some drawbacks on productivity today and the importance of being patient sometimes. And I will also talk about the question that is life a competition? If life only was productive every day each person would break down mentally and become really depressed with no happiness left. For example a good book is often not a productive book, I think that a good book also is a beautiful book with beautiful pages and beautiful language in and also gives something of great value for the reader (eg. entertainment, relaxation, insight etc). When we learn to slow down we realise how beautiful this world really is and that you don't have to be doing things all day. Sometimes an ordinary walk can be really delightful. If life was a competition and the goal was to enter the grave first then suicide would be the optimal solution and the depressed persons would be the most successful in the world. Competition can be really funny but if everything is a competition to prove that oneself is much better than everyone else then there is no happiness left and only conceit is there. People are different and every person can't enjoy the same things but if one think of life as a competition and the only thing is to prove that one is so good then there is no happiness and joy left for spontaneous activities and life can be really stressing and depressing. One really meaningful thing in this world is friendship, I think and money can't buy friends! We need money to survive (eg. eating food) but not to have many things, many friends are much more valuable according to my perceptions and the effects of loneliness can be really threating to ones health. But don't misunderstand me here, loneliness can be really delightful and refreshing but not for too long time.

Update and my new book!

This is an update of my progress during this year (2020) and on my new book which I am writing on "An unexpected turn" ("En oväntad vändning"- På svenska). I plan to finish this book project until christmas time 2020. I think this book will be great and a book that is like one of Robin Sharmas books "The monk who sold his ferrrari", "The leader without title" and "The 5 Am Club". It will be a fictive book but with some self-help-tip in it and some motivation and inspiration for you. I hope when I will publish this book that it will be amusing and inspiring to read.
