I don't suffer from anxiety...

Yes it is true, for several years I had panic attacks and some weeks I got several attacks everyday. But when you have such severe anxiety there is only 2 options or literally just one (because suicide is not okay to do these days). But, however suicide is not the best solution either, even though life can gets really tough sometimes. The other option which come to my mind after suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for several years was to start enjoying the anxiety and the attacks, because the something wonderful and strange will happen. The anxiety will get less and less until you don't suffer from it anymore. It may come back in the future though, but that is not now! Atleast now you get a relief and some freedom from your anxiety and that is what really matters. So please if you get anxiety or a panic attack please try to enjoy it and see what happens! You might get suprised by the result.
