Your diet has an effect on your wellbeing

Your diet has a big impact on your energy levels and wellbeing. Even if you don't work with the body your brain still needs fuel for it to work properly. It can be really beneficial to eat meals between the big meals (ie. breakfast, lunch and dinner). Sometimes people lose their energy and become depressed by eating too bad or too little. If you want to build muscles it is important to consider if your diet is right or not, because you can feel unmotivated about going to go to the gym if you lack some certain and essential nutrients. Sometimes we just need to change our diet to feel happier and more energized, there is also a book called happy food out in your bookshop.
