The law of Kamma is important

Now I will talk about the Buddhist view on the law of kamma which is a really important aspects of the path of buddhist practice. One should often reflect on the law of kamma and try to understand its benefits. For example your family is a result of your past kamma so please make sure you solve any conflicts before you die, it will make this life and the next happier :) The Buddha frequently talked about cause and effect and that wholesome actions produce wholesome and good results and that unwholesome actions produce unwholesome and bad results. Maybe not instantly though, so it can be difficult to see why it is good to do good things, but when something good happens to you it is mostly because some previous good actions in the past as well as when something bad happens it may be because of some bad actions in the past. The Buddha continually stressed his disciples to do good and to give up doing evil and that is one way one can summarize Buddhism. For "Bad days" one can atleast try ones best to do good as far as possible because that action can ripe in the future this is what kamma means. The world fares according to kamma as Ajahn Gavesako puts it in the book Seeing the way. Please feel free to watch and subscribe to my English buddhist channel Freddie Bochner on Youtube :) There I will put some inspiring buddhist stories and discourses as well as some chanting of the Buddhas words.
