Starting to go to the gym?

If you are new to going to the gym it is really important to start slowly, because if you push yourself too hard you just don't want to get to the gym anymore! So by starting slowly you give your body a chance to settle and become more used to gym excercises. Otherwise it will feel very hard and heavy every time you go to the gym! Simple excercises that anyone can start doing today is 10 pushups, 10 situps and 10 kneebends and maybe also the plank for 30 seconds. Wish you all a great day!
